Fortis Real Estate has appointed AXIMAS Real Estate Agents as sole agent for the sale of its property Ladeuzeplein 17 with 1541 m² offices with parkings on a prestigious location in the Leuven city-center. Located next to the main shopping street, public parking and within walking distance of the trainstation.

First, AXIMAS has rented the vacant premises to the Province of Vlaams-Brabant and to NineSigma. The investment offer consisted of 1540 m² fully-let offices and 20 parking places and was through the intermediation of AXIMAS to a private investor in Leuven (in the middle outbreak of the financial crisis).
