Dutchwaters and RES occupy small warehouse units around Leuven

The wellness specialist Dutchwaters has rented larger premises in De Vunt through intermediation of AXIMAS Real Estate Agent. The owner only sent the instructions to rent the property only the evening before. Dutchwaters will occupy some 530 m².

On the other side of Leuven has RES rented through intermediation of AXIMAS a 200 m² warehouse in Ambachtenlaan (Haasrode Business Park).

Despite the recession, small warehouse units are topping rental prices up-to 60 €/m²/year in the Leuven region.
